We offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused professional hair care products. Items must be in their original packaging with the receipt for a full refund.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your styling tools or treatments sooner.

Are the products sold online the same as those used in salons?

Yes, we sell only 100% authentic, professional-grade products from top brands like Redken, Matrix, and Biolage, identical to the ones our stylists use in-chair.
