At Regis Salons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your product is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items with the original packing slip and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
